Who can apply for loan ?

Applicants must be Hong Kong residents over the age of 18 with a fixed income (housewives will also be considered if the spouse has a stable income).

What fees does Woso Finance charge? Are there hidden fees?

Woso Finance does not charge any application fees, handling fees, guarantor fees, photocopy fees, introductory fees or any related fees.  If any loan is cancelled, declined or otherwise not accepted, no fees will be charged. This also includes the time charge for loan negotiation or any related fees.

Woso Finance does not have any hidden fees and commits to high transparency within all our terms. What you see is what you get.

How interest is calculated?

Interest = Principal outstanding x yearly interest rate / 365 * days elapse

What is the Application Process?

Application Process can be as simple as:
I. Download online loan application form
II. Send loan application form and required documents to cs@wosofinance.com
III. Loan approval
IV. Sign loan agreement and disbursement

What information and documents are required to apply for the personal loan?

Applicant must provide the following information:

  • Information on HKID card,
  • Residency information (e.g. phone number, address, etc.),
  • Job information (e.g. company phone number, address, etc.), and

Following documents are also required:

  • Hong Kong ID card
  • Bank book, bank statement or ATM card (with name of account holder and account number)
  • Proof of residential address*
  • Proof of income* (e.g. payslip, company letter, proof of contribution of MPF, etc.)
  • Working visa (for applicants who are not holders of HK Permanent ID Card)

*All documents must be issued within the last 3 months.

Note: we may grant exemptions to applicants in individual cases. For any further enquiries, please contact our customer service representative at +852 3588 2844 during office hours.

What are the repayment methods?

Customers can make repayments in the following ways:

I. By cheque payment
Client can draw cheque and deposit to our designated bank account on repayment date.

II. Direct debit
With the direct debit service, the payment will be debited from your designated bank account on the payment due date. Please contact your bank to obtain a direct debit authorization form and return it to complete the application.
As it takes time to complete the procedure, if the setting of the direct debit authorization instruction has not been completed before the payment deadline, the customer must make the payment through other payment methods.
Please ensure that there are sufficient funds in the relevant account to cover such authorized transfers at least one working day before the payment due date.

III. Online bank transfer
Log in to Internet Banking Services to transfer funds from your savings account or checking account to make payments.
Before payment, you may need to register with your bank to use the relevant services. For details, please check with your bank.

IV. Bank ATM or bank counter transfer
You can make payments by transferring money from your savings or checking account through the bank’s ATMs or over the counter.
Some JETCO member banks also provide automatic teller machine inter-bank transfer service. Bank ATM card holders can make transfer payments at JETCO ATMs with the inter-bank transfer logo.

How to process early settlement?

For early settlement of any loans, simply inform Woso Finance with a minimum of 14 business days in advance through WhatsApp at +852 9408 5822 or email to cs@wosofinance.com, follow up and arrangements will be made accordingly.
